The second season of I, Tonyan, will premiere on the Disney Channel in October, and executive producer John Singleton said he expects it to be the most emotional, personal and heartfelt episode yet.

“We’ve been working very hard for a very long time,” Singleton told Entertainment Weekly at the Television Critics Association’s summer press tour.

“I feel like we’ve finally gotten the right story in the right place and I feel like it’s gonna be really emotional, very heartfelt, emotional.”

The series will be the first to return to the characters and setting of the original I, Dorothy.

I, Diane was created by Diane Duane and written by Tonya Harding, with the assistance of Gordon Willis.

It was originally set in a fictional New York City where Dorothy is a waitress and her friend, Helen, is a professional dancer.

Diane and Helen’s love story was created for the classic animated series The Wizard of Oz.

I am Not A Short Shot!

will feature a new spin on the story with a different cast.

The series is set in the 1920s, and the cast will include Olivia Munn, Olivia Wilde, Sam Shepard, Tom Holland, Ben Mendelsohn, Robert Pattinson, Michelle Williams, and many more.

Singleton explained that the new season will focus on Dorothy’s life before she became a professional singer and dancer, with her family.

“It’s very much about the characters,” Sington said.

“Dorothy is the first one who gets out of bed in the morning and she’s the first person that we see who doesn’t want to be a part of this world, and she has a lot of problems and a lot to work through, and I think the audience will get a lot out of it.”

Singleton also talked about the importance of the show to Disney.

“The thing that I really like about it is that it’s a show that is so personal to the viewers that we know so well,” he said.

The show will also be directed by former Disney executive producer David Shore.

“Disney was really interested in this story,” Singlet said.

He said he hopes the show will help draw audiences to the channel and to Disney-owned brands like Disney Parks and the Hollywood Studios.
